This event is the highlight of our year. It is a way for us to say thank you to the Colorado Springs community as well as make a positive difference in the lives of others.

We are accepting nominations now so please fill out this Nomination Form and tell us who and why we could serve with the benefit of Free Dental Care.

Please hurry though as this is a scheduled Dental Day and availablity is limited.

Note that this will not be first come first serve, it will be scheduled in advance. If you miss scheduling we will have a short call list for any cancellations day of.
